Getting started

No. YourBarrio gives your business a local online storefront where customers can learn about your shop, browse products, and place pickup orders.

YourBarrio is built for local shops such as boutiques, florists, gift shops, thrift stores, home goods stores, bakeries, and similar neighborhood businesses.

During beta, founding local businesses can get setup support for profile details, first listings, photos, and pickup information.

Listings and inventory

You can list eligible products with photos, prices, descriptions, inventory, and pickup availability. Listings must follow YourBarrio policies and local requirements.

Yes. You can manage product availability, inventory, and pickup windows from your business dashboard.

Your profile can show your business story, photos, hours, location, contact details, products, and pickup information.

Orders and pickup

Yes. Customers can place orders and pay online, then pick up directly from your business.

No. YourBarrio is pickup-first during beta, so customers place orders online and pick them up directly from your business.

Your business receives the order, prepares it for the selected pickup window, and marks the order as fulfilled after the customer picks it up.

Payments and payouts

YourBarrio uses Stripe for online payments. Businesses connect Stripe during setup so eligible orders can be processed securely.

Payout timing is handled through Stripe and reflected in the payout schedule shown in your business dashboard.

During beta, YourBarrio is waiving platform fees for founding local businesses. Any future fees will be shared clearly before they apply.

Staff accounts

Yes. Business owners can invite staff and manage account access for day-to-day work such as orders, listings, and customer messages.

Staff access is designed around business roles and permissions, so owners can keep control of sensitive account settings.

Beta and availability

Beta means YourBarrio is actively improving the business experience with early local partners while keeping core storefront, listing, order, and pickup tools available.

No. YourBarrio reviews business accounts and listings to keep the marketplace useful, local, and aligned with platform policies.

Pickup is the primary fulfillment flow today. Delivery may be considered later as an optional feature where it fits the local business experience.
