5. Business owner responsibilities
Business owners are responsible for accurate business profiles, listings, pricing, availability, pickup instructions, policies, and customer communication.
Business owners must comply with applicable laws, taxes, licenses, permits, and marketplace policies.

Where ordering is available, customers are responsible for reviewing order details before purchase. Businesses are responsible for fulfilling accepted orders according to the listing, availability, and pickup details shown through YourBarrio.
Prices, taxes, platform fees, and other charges should be shown before checkout where applicable. Payment processing may be handled by third-party providers.
Refunds, cancellations, disputes, and order issues are also covered by our Refund Policy.
8. Refunds, cancellations, and disputes
If you have an order issue, contact YourBarrio support at support@yourbarrio.com before opening a card or bank dispute. Chargebacks and payment disputes should be a last resort after support has had a reasonable chance to review the issue.
Refund eligibility may depend on the seller, product or service type, order status, fulfillment status, evidence available to YourBarrio, Stripe records, seller policies, and applicable law. Orders may not be cancellable once accepted, prepared, fulfilled, delivered, or completed.
Some items or services may be final sale, non-refundable, perishable, custom, time-sensitive, already performed, or otherwise not eligible for cancellation or refund. Approved refunds may be full or partial and are generally returned to the original payment method when possible. Bank and card processing times vary and are outside YourBarrio's control.
YourBarrio facilitates payments and order coordination for a local marketplace. YourBarrio may decide refund, cancellation, and dispute outcomes in good faith based on available evidence, seller input, order status, Stripe records, marketplace policies, and applicable law.
